"Support fixed it fast"
Had a little issue with my order, but support got back to me in maybe a couple hours and helped sort it out. It did end up taking about one extra day to get everything right, but overall it was handled well...

"I ordered some party supplies from amols.com..."
I ordered some party supplies from amols.com and somehow ended up with the wrong colors for about half of the items. To make it worse, one thing was missing completely, and of course it was something I needed for that weekend.

I double-checked my order confirmation because I thought maybe I messed up, but nope, I had picked the right stuff. So then I had to sit there and be “patient” while waiting for customer service, which is really frustrating when the whole point is that the party date isn’t going to wait with me.

They did eventually reply, but it took too long and didn’t really solve the problem in time. I get that mistakes happen, but being forced to wait around for a fix that comes too late is just annoying. I probably won’t order from them again

"Too expensive and too many reminders"
The prices are just way too high for what you get. I was already unsure because of the cost, but the constant aggressive reminders made it even more frustrating. It felt like I was being pushed nonstop, which really didn’t help my overall experience.

"A little slow at first, but it worked"
My first impression was that the payment page was kind of slow, and for a moment I wasn’t sure if my payment had gone through. It did process fine in the end, and I got the confirmation after a few minutes. Overall, not a bad experience, but it would feel a lot better if the page was a bit smoother and more reassuring.

I don’t know if it was just a busy day or what, because I’ve worked in customer service before and I get that things can get hectic, but the replies I received felt kind of confusing and rushed. I had to reread a couple of messages to figure out what they meant, and it didn’t really feel like my question was fully understood.

"Not a whole lot to choose from"
I went in hoping to grab a few things for a party, but the selection was limited. A bunch of the stuff I had in mind just wasn’t there, so I kind of left feeling like... I don’t know, I expected more.

I had to return one item and expected it to be more of a hassle, but it went smoothly. They got back to me within a day and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The refund took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a big deal overall

"Felt a Bit Too Samey for Me"
To me, a lot of the designs looked pretty much the same, and I didn’t notice much variety. I got bored with it faster than I expected.

I found some really nice stuff and was ready to check out, but once I saw the shipping cost, I felt kind of pressured to decide if it was even worth it. In the end, it was just too high, so I left my cart.

"Not worth it for bulk orders"
I was trying to place a bulk order, i quickly got the feeling it wasn’t going to be smooth. Support took too long to reply, and when they did, the answers were vague. I had to ask the same things more than once, which got old fast. I ended up giving up because it just felt disorganized and not worth the hassle.

Am I the only one who thought the ordering part was fine, but the checkout felt a little clunky? I did manage to get through it without any major issues, but it definitely took longer than I expected

The item description didn’t really match what I thought I was ordering. I mean, isn’t that the whole point of a description—to know what you’re actually getting? It was a bit disappointing when it showed up and wasn’t what I had in mind

"I ordered a few party decorations…"
I ordered a few party decorations from amols, and overall they were close to the photos. The colors were maybe a little different in person, but not enough to really matter. The size and style were about what I had in mind from looking at the pictures, so I was happy with that. I’d give it 4 stars since the product images were definitely helpful, though I feel like a few more angles would make it easier to be sure before ordering.

"I ordered a few party decorations…"
I ordered a few party decorations from Amols because I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to run around to a bunch of stores. Everything showed up fine for the most part, and the prices were reasonable. The items looked like the pictures online, which I appreciated. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it still got here before the party, so I can’t really complain. One decoration was a little bent when it arrived, but it was still usable. Overall, I’m satisfied and would probably order from them again.

"Not Exactly Thrilled, But It’s Fine I Guess"
I ordered some party decorations from amols, and yeah… let’s just say I’m calmly disappointed. The colors looked way duller in person, and a few pieces showed up bent right out of the package. I wasn’t expecting anything super high-end, but this felt like stuff you’d find in a dollar store clearance bin. A couple of items even ripped while I was trying to set them up, which was just great. Totally fine though, I simply won’t be ordering from them again

"Good Supplies, But Delivery Was Late Again"
I ordered some party supplies and the items themselves were actually nice, so I was happy with that part. The problem is the delivery showed up way too late again, which made things stressful since I needed them for an event. I like the selection, but the shipping really needs to be more reliable.
